LATE ARRIVAL, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY Radiance and Kay the Beautician, LLC (210) 580-4485 To respect everyone's time, please review our policy: • 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). • Late arrivals (10+ minutes) may result in a shortened service, with the full fee applied. • 15+ minutes late will be considered a no-show. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) and may require prepayment for future bookings.
